Creditor Claim Instructions
If you believe you are owed money by a seller in an ABC Escrow transaction, submit your claim promptly and identify the correct escrow file. The escrow team will record your submission and advise if more information is needed. Submission alone does not establish that a claim is valid or payable.
What to include
Identify the escrow
Seller or business name, location and escrow number if known.
Identify the claimant
Your name, company, mailing address, telephone and email.
Describe the claim
Amount claimed, reason, relevant dates and any applicable notice or deadline.
Attach support
Copies of invoices, statements, contracts, lien documents or other records.
Where to send your claim
Designated claims email: claims@abcescrow.com
Put Creditor claim – seller or business name – escrow number in the subject or fax cover sheet. If you cannot identify the file, call 800-655-5064 or email info@abcescrow.com for routing help.
What happens next
Keep a copy and delivery confirmation. An escrow officer may request additional documents or explain a file-specific submission procedure. Do not send originals or sensitive credentials through a general inquiry form. Submission does not extend a deadline or replace a notice, escrow instruction or legal requirement.
