As stakeholders in other states ABC Escrow is a 3rd party depository that lends balance to any transaction, we will save you time and legal expense.

Liquor License Escrow

Our format will meet all state regulations to insure a smooth transfer; we follow the Uniform Commercial Code Division 6 and 9. Our company also is held accountable for the provisions of Section 24049 by Alcohol Beverage Control.

Bulk Sales With A Liquor License

A sale that consist of more than half of the sellers inventory and equipment including the liquor license. Uniform Commerical Code division 6 and 9 Section 6102. These business codes insure that the escrow meets the necessary requirements.
